4K NM Request Rules:
- 4K only. If you give me a diff with multiple keys, I will mod only the 4K ones.
- One request at a time.
- Depending on how many requests I get, other maps might get priority over yours due my liking for their map. Your map will be covered eventually over this case (balancing out favourability to post date).
- I will put a decent amount of detail into my mod and I expect the same for a reply that concerns/disagrees with any of my points. Anything that just says "denied" gets moved down in the priority meter for future mods.
