Is there a way to hide all marks of Stars in the game ?

Hello !
I would like to not see any form of difficulty on maps, like stars under the name of the track and also on the side. I don't know if I'm very clear but i'd really like to hide this to not be sticked with it anymore. If we can't, it doesn't matter that much, I just want to know.

You can't remove the numbers when looking into the song information on the top left and also not when hovering but the visual appearance of stars is skinnable so you might use a fully transparent file for that skin element.

Use the 1px*1px cursortrail file used by most people and rename it to "star"
