This is a skin based on the anime Steins;Gate (as you can guess from the title). I only found a couple of skins based on it and they weren't really to my liking. So, I decided to just make one myself and see what happens. This is my first skin as well as my first time using any image editing software, so hopefully its not too bad

All sounds are from the default skin (as I didn't really know where to get a different one and I didn't really want to make any) except for the failsound and the applause at the ranking panel menu. Those I replaced with different sounds.
Tell me what you think about the skin, I'd love to hear what you guys think is good and bad and what I should fix/change
