Hello,this Is my first post in a forum(sorry for my bad english,im spanish) And I wanted to know something about the songs in osu.

I wanted to know,I need the copyright of the song?

(Lo intentare en español por si me sale mejor) En osu estoy creando mi primer mapa y quisiera saber sobre si necesito los derechos de autor(tengan o no,en este caso no se si tiene) para hacer un mapa.Respondanme si pueden please =D

Technically you don't need the copyright even though it's good if you can get permission to use the song for osu!.
You can read osu!'s copyright policy here:
https://osu.ppy.sh/p/copyright

Therefore your map might get removed from the game if the copyrightowner becomes wary of it and requests a removal. Doesn't happen that often though.
