For what is used the file "Background.png" ? Remove it if it's unused.

The files "comboburst-0, comboburst-1, comboburst-2 and comboburst-3.png" are way too big. Reduce them to a maximum of 500x767 pixels.

Part sounds perfect to me.
I won't do the changes, 161,50 BPM sounds great in my ears.

I've been testing this now, the 159 in the beginning is horribly off.
Most of the BPM's aren't right.
No, 161,50 is great.
