I assume you meant all friend ranking replays?

I feel like this is going to be quite the amount of extra replays on the servers to even properly support this, though I don't have a clue what impact that would have in reality.

By the way, since recently you can view replays that aren't in the top 50 Global Rankings for Friend & Country rankings (aswell as Global w/ Selected Mods) as long as the user's score is in the top 250 global rankings. This feature is already live in the Cutting Edge release stream. I'm not sure about other release streams though. Just so you know.

Why? Because you can have EVERY user as friend, thus they all need to be saved

Removed Duplicate tag and marked as Invalid instead.

The request Oinari-sama linked has been added quite some time ago already.
As peppy said in that thread (as he misunderstood the request):
