play more

play more.

Also how you improve isn't visible from day to day, you'll notice your improvement when you play a map, do badly on it and then get back to it after a month or two and try it again.

- Play more.
- Do unranked maps, oftenly more hard as ranked map.
- Tryhard some maps who you think you can FC.
- Have fun. You can't be better if you don't like Osu!CatchTheBeat.

And no one here can be a god in 2 months, before read AR9 or play mods, you must wait some months. ^^

Play harder stuff. Play maps made for CtB. Both will help you learn more advanced things about this game mode. Also if you wanna try mapping, do do. It's helped me out.

when you are hot, take off your clothes

when you are cold, do squats and shadow boxing

For me, outright grinding helped a lot. You must find THE map you want to FC and then grind it until you FC it. The map must be slightly above your current skill level though. I'd recommend maps where you do like 10-20 misses and then try to clear these.

The most important thing is having faith in yourself though. If YOU don't believe in yourself, then who will? x)

I can say from personal experience and to reiterate from above
  1. Play, play and play - You won't do great straight away, for the likes of myself after a good hour or two of playing I'm sufficently warmed up and playing at my best potential
  2. Do have fun - If you're not having fun and getting into the map then why play it? Its all about rocking out and enjoying what you do while you do it
  3. Another thing is mods - Believe me, they're hard at first, but if you stick HD on and just never take it off, soon youll be able to HD and that alone is +15% pp!
  4. Dont make my mistake and head straight for the easy maps - Its put me where I am, unable to play harder maps or read complicated patterns. If you head for the higher star rated maps first itll build you up faster and get you used to dashing and timing alongside accuracy.
Anyway, hope that helps at all! Best of luck!

There's a thread about this anyway, and it's really helpful so read it. t/187364&start=0
