To adjust a note's volume, we have to go timing tab, open timing setup panel, add new timing section, click audio tab and finally change the volume.
If we can change volume in design tab with some shortcut keys, it would be very convenient!
(ex : ctrl key + mouse wheel with some note selected)

f6 - add point - change volume (You're seriously making this a big deal while it's not)
Also, why do you want to change 1 note? That'll feel awkward, it's better when a whole section is changed, thus making f6 more useful
