Just watched some of his replays. I'm confused, if they are hacker, then why aren't their cursors snapping perfectly? Do they record their cursor movements beforehand or something?

If you think any player is cheating or doing anything inappropriate, you can always report them in-game by using the !report function.

That's all you need to know, suspected players or stuff like that shouldn't be discussed in forums.
