^ skin is japanese numbers but i think the kanji for the numbers is the same as chinese characters

Looks like HeavenlyOsu but with a differently colored hitcircle.png and a different colored cursor, and differently colored numbers. My mixed skin looks similar, I could PM that to you if you'd like?
