Well, I think that Sand's diff is too hard.
There's already 3 insanes and Sand diff is too close from 『Insane』
At least I suggest less jumps <_<

SadKangaroo's difficulty is Normal+, not hard.
Hard is just Hard
Insane and Clare are [Insane]. So there are ENHII. Not rankable? =/

Even I could pass both hard and sadkangaroo's diff in first try, and I'm over #15000 lol
Hard seems Hard, and sandkangaroo's diff seems Normal or Hard so it's ENHII or EHHII. I think it's rankable.

My opinion?

-Hard and Insane should probably have at least one spinner. Just so the scores can be varied due to the spinner.
-I'm not fond of the storyboard, but if others are, fine, leave it.
-SadKangaroo is not enough of a description for a difficulty name.

Insane:
  1. 00:24:311 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1) - These "deathsliders" feel incredibly out of place and, to be quite honest, flow-breaking and unnecessary.
Clare:
  1. 00:24:311 (1,2,3) - Like I mentioned before, these "deathsliders" feel incredibly out of place.
  2. 00:53:092 (5) - New Combo mark goes here. Be consistent with your New Combo marks.
  3. 00:55:043 (9) - ^
  4. 00:56:994 (5) - ^
  5. 00:58:945 (1,2) - I do not like this spacing, I do not like it one bit.
Otherwise, it's competent. What I mentioned is all just trying to help, remember this.

This is mandatory. Change these combos for readability.

Just because I'm the first one to mention it doesn't mean it feels absolutely perfect. Let me explain myself.
The deathsliders don't make sense due to where you've placed them in the song. Sure, those are chorded vocals, but they don't feel significant enough to change the slider velocity.

Since this belief of yours exists, I guess there's no sense in me trying to change it any further.

Good enough to be ranked.
