What is the best software to make skin??

hello guys

I want to make skin so I borrowed my sister's PC to use photoshop,but I cant make it because photoshop is tooooo difficult for me.
so does anyone know what the simple and useful software is? I dont care is it free or not but hopefully its free. and If you can, please teach me how to use that.

Either GIMP or Photoshop is fine imo.

GIMP is perfect for you if photoshop is too complicated and you want something simple and easier to use so I'd recommend that. It'll do what you need for skinning just fine.

thank you for all of you guys . I downloaded GIMP and tried it. Its difficult but seems like little bit easier than photoshop. Im gonna study how to use irt.
