I think it's already been done before by Peppy.

You need to re-snap your notes. When I checked the timing the BPM seemed all right to me, but you haven't resnapped your notes properly so they're not all right. Do that for me then I'll try checking it through.

There's nothing wrong with a song that has already been mapped. However, the style of play has to be significantly different to the other map, which can be hard if the user has mapped more than one difficulty level.

...Knowing falzar though it's probably copied or extremely fail.
