I feel like there may be legal reasons why this cannot be.

If you download a file, write down the map number
Then go to songs folder and search for that song
Then take the mp3 from that folder

osu is not a music player so this won't happen unfortunately. Check the Development forum and see if a 3rd party app is already there.
