Slider Velocity = 1 ( You rarely use the quick beat for sliders so it doesn't make sense that there be all these extra sounds.)

Ouran's difficulty has different tags than the other difficulties. All difficulties should be the same.

Easy

OD + 1 so you don't bore the hell out of the newbies.

Standard +

00:12:631 (5,6,7) - Make sure there is the same overlap with 6 and 7 as there is with 5 and 6.

01:22:797 (1) - Kinda short spinner for easy, note after is too soon... I'd just map through it with a long slider or something.

Man, huge hit circles and lowish OD make for a really crowded play-field.
Also kind of a big jump in difficulty compared to Light, but oh well. Plays well.

Odd spot to start. Why not move offset back and add lead-in time and start with the vocals?

I can't hear the slider ticks from most of the song, make them louder? because muting slider ticks is unrankable. I recommend you make them louder.

To Sakura Hana:

Edit 1: I've checked your current offset and that Lybydose gave me before and Lyby's offset sounded better on All Diffs, even with new mp3 encoded. So maybe that" confusion" is maybe caused by your offset change. I'm maybe wrong but i'll double check to make sure.

And offset change doesnt screw up notes like that, BPM and slider speed changes can do, and lag while mass moving notes i heard can cause that too, next time you do an offset change, select ALL timing sections and do +/- number to the offset, and select "Scale to new timing" then hit ok, all notes will move along with the new offset and it won't cause problems, and will also ensure all the timing sections are ok.
