00:18:470 (2) - See if you can de-curve this a bit? 1 is curved only veeery slightly so having this curve a lot doesn't really look too good ><

00:23:430 (2) - see if you can curve this a little for a nicer transition between 1 and 3?

00:54:608 (3,1) - hmm I'm pretty sure that this has been pointed out before, but have you tried blanketing those? I feel like that'd be a decent way of connecting these two without having to mess with the flow/next pattern. Not that this would play bad/look outstandingly bad as it is c:

I think there is no point in using such a low stack leniency considering that there are no stacks in this difficulty.

00:36:539 (2,3,4,1,2) - this patterns feels a bit wrong to play because 00:36:539 (2,2) - these are too soft to play so there shouldn't be hit circles there moverover 00:37:956 (1) - the slider ends on a big white tick which doesn't fit imo because the melody STARTS at the big tick and doesn't end, so I want to suggest this rhythm - https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/2978281

Rhythmical Issue
1. 00:36:539 (2) - This Circle is really irritating to play because there is no Beat in the background. I'm also sure
  that new players will be confused, when they try to hit with the tune in the background and end up with 100/50/miss.

3. 01:50:586 - Another downbeat that is missed because of a 1/1 slider. I think this one is quite important according
  to Lyrics because "Maybe" on the previous downbeat is the song title and the thing she "Maybe" wants to do is to "fly".
  My example would take care of the lyrics and keep a good rhythm.

  on 02:33:810 would keep the flow and beat.

  Right now this parts isn't visually pleasing. Its way too much Rhythm for Normal, meaning it's to hard imo.
  We are talking about a normal. And personally I think 1/2 beats shouldn't be overused like you did here, as they should
  serve to emphasize really important beats. But I also understand that mapping this part entirely on 1/1 would be boring for you and
  the player. I suggest you this instead. It would get rid of the ugly overlap and make it simpler to read and play + the actual

I didn't really find anything on "Maybe" and I want to explain why I don't nag about the missed downbeats on this difficulty.
The rhythm used in the Kiai is a rather good and consisten one, which makes the missed downbeats and vocals seem like
not a big deal. They didn't bug me as much as on Easy and Normal, which is why I think that this would be fine.

Just a quick hitsound mod for goku~

00:11:384 (1) - Remove clap on the head of this slider and rather place a finish there.

To make the E-N gap slightly more balanced we can work on rhythm here and simply (which will make it easier and even more intuitively playable) the diff. How?
1. 00:13:865 (1) - instead of following every singl word we hear, let's just focus on the stronger stuff? The downbeat at 00:14:219 - sounds really strong, so, let's make it clickable. Something similar will happen to 00:15:636 - and as the result we'll get more 1/2 gaps and a rhythm like this. Sounds better, if you ask me.
2. 00:27:682 - similar with the suggestion above - we can just have a single circle here, instead of the slider. 2/1 rhythm is easier to play and lands on stronger beats.
  Note: some similar stuff can be done in non-liai parts, so, there will be some 2/1 patterns, which will help players to relax.
00:24:139 (3) - isn't that a little too long? Why don't we focus on mapping on the vocals and map them as they go, there're no any long hold-vocals.
00:55:317 (1,3) - minor - it was the only overlap in the whole diff. Literally. Are you sure about it, I'd say it looks random.
01:12:677 (1,1) - minor - newbies won't be expecting (1) to appear under the previous slider. let's try to keep your flow dynamic and more predictable for newbies. Ctrl+h never hurts
Note: if you do the thing above, you'll also have to use Ctrl+h on 01:16:574 (3) -
01:46:689 (2,3,4) - for a better rhythm I'd select and Ctrl+G them. this way, we'll have "heaaart" emphasized with a lovely slider. Don't forget to fix spacing/placement afterwards. It might be a little hard to do it, but I think it's worth it
Note: 01:51:649 (1,2) - similar thing happens here, this time if you Ctrl+g these two you'll have "skies" stressed in a nice way. // 01:55:901 (3,4) - and more.
02:13:261 - both vocals and music are ignored, not to mentuion, this is a downbeat, which is suppposed to be the strongesst beat. Why do you ignore it? Let's have this one stressed.

I would suggest to look a little more into the rhythm of the diff. It's not bad, and I liked some parts very much, but I believe you can make it even better in terms of playability for beginners.

[Goku's Normal]

Try CS 3,5 for the sake of better-balanced diff spread. It will also look better, so it's a win both for the spread and for your diff.
To make the gap more balanced try to add more 1/2 beats. At least during kiais, where it will match nicely with the music.
Note: at this state, your Normal isn't much harder than Easy and Hard feels extremly difficult. Adding more 1/2s will make the gap better and players will have a well balanced combination of [1/1 easy]-[somewhat in-between Normal]-[hard]
Note2: replacing 1/2 sliders like 01:00:631 (2) - with circles would improve the situation, too.
00:41:145 - this spinner seems to be too long. Try to map something like the first half of it, even Easy diff has a shorter spinner than yours.
01:48:992 (5,1) - 01:50:232 (2,3) - probably you shouldn't have 1/2 and 1/1 stacks so soon after each other. Players might misread 01:50:232 (2,3) - as 1/2 stack.

I suggest to get a few more mods as I feel like the map isn't quite ready yet. You've got some nice ideas and diffs are quite alright, but the balanace and general settings might need more attention. Oh, and get someone to check/confirm metadata. I'm think it might be Toby & Freda Maybe (Shine Forever)

Storyboard looks a bit weird as it's based on claps hitsounding, but as you don't have constant claps, the effect is a bit random, just to let you know so you consider it.

Hmm, since XinCrin made the storyboard and hitsounds in Shine difficulty, doesn't that mean they should be included in the tags? I recommend to contact some QAT to add him at least to the online tags, I guess they deserve that as contributor.

After internal discussion, we need to disqualify this map for the following reasons:

Since you have skinned the hitcircles, it is required to define a custom Slider Border Color in the .osu-files to ensure compatibility with all custom skins.

Please add XinCrin to the tags, as he/she is the creator of your storyboard. The tag was already manually added to the Online Tags, but since it is disqualified now you can fix it to work ingame too.

We would highly recommend you to get rid of the 1/2-repeated sliders in Lally's Easy, for example 01:44:563 (1) - They are huge difficulty spikes compared to the rest of the otherwise very simple Easy (in terms of readability) and don't work well with the very low SV.

Additionally, we felt that the Storyboard could use more improvements. It feels unfinished currently, due to some energetic sections in the song that lack action in the storyboard, for example the section starting at 00:46:814 -. We hope that you can add some more content to the (otherwise very nice) storyboard there, to make those sections more exiting.

So it's actually just the skin-thing that was unrankable. Cuz the SB is XinCrin's and it's his own creation, so I don't think that's a problem.
I'll check Lally's diff again and add XinCrin to tags.

Honestly, I don't know what the problem with the SB is. I mean XinCrin is an amazing storyboarder. It's his style.

The spinner needs to be reskinned as you can see in Tasha's screenshot, so please fix that.

Also, the issue about the Storyboard mentioned in my last disqualify was not taken seriously:

Just because it is additional, it was still mentioned in this disqualify, so you need to have a very good reason not to fix it. You should talk to XinCrin and try to improve your storyboard more before requalifying this mapset.
Please also note that the storyboard seems to be based on hitsounding, which doesn't work in the lower diffs since not all the beats the storyboard refers to were mapped, so there are no hitsounds either.

I think you should either make the bars disappear when they aren't moving, or make them move a bit on whistles.
The way they are now it looks like they are missing an animation.

What I'd love to hear is from Xincrin, not about the SB, but if he is actually the owner of the Nightcore Mix itself. I believe it is (see below)

So, we know the original track is called just "Freda - Maybe"

Now the Nightcore was made by Xincrin (yes the Xincrin from osu!)
I'm going to guess because the Youtube is Xincrin Puma and the Ask FM has the Puma in it lol.

He labels it as Freda. no Toby, so it isn't the FL version, not the remix thingy shine forever that got its name changed.. Just Freda will do

So that leaves us with just

the Nightcore Mix can arguably come from the beatmap thread. t/91191 where Xincrin's old map used to be. So we can just use his metadata and be fine.

So where does this version exactly come from? well...

Fixed some metadata junk like tags and settings since the SB was removed.

The reason why Xincrin is still in the tags is because the nightcore was done by him, so credit at least there.

Anyways, I talked to Lust/deadbeat and #modhelp about the spinnerglow and they pretty much said that it wasn't needed (stupid wiki) Apparently it's for v2.0 so we should be good to go.

Sorry it took so long -nya-. I really don't want to see this map DQ'd a third time
