There's just a few things I want to point out:

Change the HP and OD to a 5 and the AR to a 6. The current difficulty settings are too easy imo. And the star difficulty isn't even reaching two stars so don't hesitate to up the difficulty of the diff a bit.
00:54:608 (2) - Check the spacing again. That slider is too close to 00:53:899 (1) -
01:13:386 (2,3) - You can try to improve this blanket a bit more.
01:32:163 - I suggest you start mapping here again. That break that starts here: 01:21:180 - just feels a bit too long for me.
01:51:649 (4,2) - Try to improve this stack a bit by moving 01:51:649 (4) - two grids to the right.
02:22:827 (4,5,1) - This is very confusing. I suggest turning 02:22:827 (4,5) - into a short slider.
02:42:667 (4,5) - Improve this blanket please.
02:46:919 (4,1) - This one as well.I only point out blanketing issues if they really don't look good, so please try to improve those blankets a bit.

The above points are the most basic issues I found, but other than that, this diff looks pretty good. Well done~

i personally don't like your custom hitsounds cause they sound very different from the music, i think that mappers should map the song not compose it. thats my preference so i will respect yours. will only give hitsound suggestions if i think something is inconsistent to your style.

That name is allowed and I like "Maybe" the best cuz it's the title of the song and that's what the song is about. The players can see it's a harder diff with that "H" in front of the name.

00:54:608 (3,1) - hmm I'm pretty sure that this has been pointed out before, but have you tried blanketing those? I feel like that'd be a decent way of connecting these two without having to mess with the flow/next pattern. Not that this would play bad/look outstandingly bad as it is c:

00:56:734 (3,1) - these two are not quite on the same level >< very nazi I know, I'm just assuming you'll want your symmetry to be ON POINT

I think there is no point in using such a low stack leniency considering that there are no stacks in this difficulty.

00:36:539 (2,3,4,1,2) - this patterns feels a bit wrong to play because 00:36:539 (2,2) - these are too soft to play so there shouldn't be hit circles there moverover 00:37:956 (1) - the slider ends on a big white tick which doesn't fit imo because the melody STARTS at the big tick and doesn't end, so I want to suggest this rhythm - https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/2978281

00:52:482 (1,2,3,1,2,1) - again, you put so many objects on the left side, why don't you use the right side of the screen too? X_X

Rhythmical Issue
1. 00:36:539 (2) - This Circle is really irritating to play because there is no Beat in the background. I'm also sure
  that new players will be confused, when they try to hit with the tune in the background and end up with 100/50/miss.
  I think it would be really benefitial to go with the tune here. I have a Timeline-Example to show you, how I personally
  would do it. This timeline would catch all the important parts that should be playable. Not only is this appropriate for easy (imo)
  but it would also get some variety into your map.

  Repeating the highlightet part a second time
2. 01:11:614 (3) - This slider is ending on a Downbeat, whis is imo not a good idea. You are missing two beats in a row with this,
  with hurts the flow really bad. You did that with 01:12:677 (1) as well + you are mapping a beat on 01:14:803 that isn't there.
  Now, it's not the biggest problem, but its certainly something that bugged me.
  
  Timeline
  
  I converted the 1/1 slider (highlightet) into a 1/2 slider and pulled the following sliders one beat earlier. This will take care
  of the missed downbeats + the 'void' beat on 01:14:803 will be free, which sounds much better imo.
3. 01:50:586 - Another downbeat that is missed because of a 1/1 slider. I think this one is quite important according
  to Lyrics because "Maybe" on the previous downbeat is the song title and the thing she "Maybe" wants to do is to "fly".
  My example would take care of the lyrics and keep a good rhythm.

  The Following Pattern would still be okay + you can now stack 00:56:380 (2) ontop of 00:54:608 (3), which looks

2. 01:08:071 (2) - This one might be confusing in terms of sliderpath. Newbs might not understand whats going on and spazz out
  while playing. I would rather see a wave-slider. But to each their own.

  stacked (1) underneath (4) to create a holding point, to build tension before playing on.

  You never used this pattern before, which makes it stand out even more to me. Converting 02:33:633 (5) into a simple 1/1 slider beginning
  on 02:33:810 would keep the flow and beat.
8. From 01:32:163 - 01:39:249: This should be remapped.
  
  Right now this parts isn't visually pleasing. Its way too much Rhythm for Normal, meaning it's to hard imo.
  We are talking about a normal. And personally I think 1/2 beats shouldn't be overused like you did here, as they should
  serve to emphasize really important beats. But I also understand that mapping this part entirely on 1/1 would be boring for you and
  the player. I suggest you this instead. It would get rid of the ugly overlap and make it simpler to read and play + the actual

I didn't really find anything on "Maybe" and I want to explain why I don't nag about the missed downbeats on this difficulty.
The rhythm used in the Kiai is a rather good and consisten one, which makes the missed downbeats and vocals seem like
not a big deal. They didn't bug me as much as on Easy and Normal, which is why I think that this would be fine.

Just a quick hitsound mod for goku~

00:11:384 (1) - Remove clap on the head of this slider and rather place a finish there.

Actually, I don't advise you to use any claps at the beginning of the song. Make use of soft-whistles and then that ping sound above and also finishes at important beats like here: 00:22:722 -

00:15:459 (4,5) - i tried it several times but the flow is totally strange here wich doesen't alloud you to have a smooty pattern and a naisu play; having something like this; would help

01:01:517 (2,3,4) - this jumpy patten appears to sudden, i would suggest to use smaller spacing,won't be so random
01:59:089 (1) - i would use a softer form here,it's to circular and it doesen't fit with your shapes until now

Updated all the diffs.
Fixed everything in Lally's mod except the last two points and also fixed some of goku's hitsounds.

To make the E-N gap slightly more balanced we can work on rhythm here and simply (which will make it easier and even more intuitively playable) the diff. How?
1. 00:13:865 (1) - instead of following every singl word we hear, let's just focus on the stronger stuff? The downbeat at 00:14:219 - sounds really strong, so, let's make it clickable. Something similar will happen to 00:15:636 - and as the result we'll get more 1/2 gaps and a rhythm like this. Sounds better, if you ask me.
2. 00:27:682 - similar with the suggestion above - we can just have a single circle here, instead of the slider. 2/1 rhythm is easier to play and lands on stronger beats.
  Note: some similar stuff can be done in non-liai parts, so, there will be some 2/1 patterns, which will help players to relax.
00:24:139 (3) - isn't that a little too long? Why don't we focus on mapping on the vocals and map them as they go, there're no any long hold-vocals.
00:55:317 (1,3) - minor - it was the only overlap in the whole diff. Literally. Are you sure about it, I'd say it looks random.
01:12:677 (1,1) - minor - newbies won't be expecting (1) to appear under the previous slider. let's try to keep your flow dynamic and more predictable for newbies. Ctrl+h never hurts
Note: if you do the thing above, you'll also have to use Ctrl+h on 01:16:574 (3) -
01:46:689 (2,3,4) - for a better rhythm I'd select and Ctrl+G them. this way, we'll have "heaaart" emphasized with a lovely slider. Don't forget to fix spacing/placement afterwards. It might be a little hard to do it, but I think it's worth it
Note: 01:51:649 (1,2) - similar thing happens here, this time if you Ctrl+g these two you'll have "skies" stressed in a nice way. // 01:55:901 (3,4) - and more.
02:13:261 - both vocals and music are ignored, not to mentuion, this is a downbeat, which is suppposed to be the strongesst beat. Why do you ignore it? Let's have this one stressed.

I would suggest to look a little more into the rhythm of the diff. It's not bad, and I liked some parts very much, but I believe you can make it even better in terms of playability for beginners.

Try CS 3,5 for the sake of better-balanced diff spread. It will also look better, so it's a win both for the spread and for your diff.
To make the gap more balanced try to add more 1/2 beats. At least during kiais, where it will match nicely with the music.
Note: at this state, your Normal isn't much harder than Easy and Hard feels extremly difficult. Adding more 1/2s will make the gap better and players will have a well balanced combination of [1/1 easy]-[somewhat in-between Normal]-[hard]
Note2: replacing 1/2 sliders like 01:00:631 (2) - with circles would improve the situation, too.
00:41:145 - this spinner seems to be too long. Try to map something like the first half of it, even Easy diff has a shorter spinner than yours.

I'd look for a creative name for the diff, Shine or something related to the lyrics would be more interesting than just copying the title, in my opinion.

00:12:802 (5) - this shape is exactly what I love so much about mapping, it fits perfectly, looks so simple, and yet, interesting. ♥
00:18:116 (3) - minor - I'd go for something more similar with the slider above, so the red anchor will represent a change in music and blanket the previous circle nicely. example
00:40:082 (2,3) - this is th only jump before the actual kiai, so it feels kind of random here. Either add more jumps to keep consistency, or fix this one.
00:43:802 (1) - probably there should be some 1/4 snapped stuff. Like an 1/4 slider with repeat or so, the beat at 00:43:891 - feels quite strong + it' is important to emphasize how the music gets faster.
00:57:797 (5,1) - minor - spacing inconsistency is really noticeable and it doesn't feel like jump. Please, try to fix this.
01:09:843 (1,2) - can't say that I agree with the jump as it feels too exaggerated/forced. 1/1 sliders tell players to slow down a little and rest, and then, you sudden;y place a jump between them. I'd go for something like this as it seem to match better with the song.
01:20:117 (5,1) - minor - I believe you wanted a blanket here and then placed (1) in a wrong place. Move the whole triangle a little, so that (5) blankets (1).
02:29:204 - 02:29:913 - 02:30:621 - since the sounds here are pretty strong, I wouldn't ignore them. THis is the hardest diff, so, it sounds like a reasonable idea to me.

Not bad, I like your style it's simple and feels quite nice with the song.

I suggest to get a few more mods as I feel like the map isn't quite ready yet. You've got some nice ideas and diffs are quite alright, but the balanace and general settings might need more attention. Oh, and get someone to check/confirm metadata. I'm think it might be Toby & Freda Maybe (Shine Forever)

00:40:082 (2,3) - this is th only jump before the actual kiai, so it feels kind of random here. Either add more jumps to keep consistency, or fix this one. Hm, it's not really such a big jump and I really like that pattern and it's almost like a build-up before the kiai starts. No fix.
00:43:802 (1) - probably there should be some 1/4 snapped stuff. Like an 1/4 slider with repeat or so, the beat at 00:43:891 - feels quite strong + it' is important to emphasize how the music gets faster. Hm, I like my pattern more. No change.
00:57:797 (5,1) - minor - spacing inconsistency is really noticeable and it doesn't feel like jump. Please, try to fix this. It's not inconsistent. I had similar jumps as well in the previous part of the diff.
01:09:843 (1,2) - can't say that I agree with the jump as it feels too exaggerated/forced. 1/1 sliders tell players to slow down a little and rest, and then, you sudden;y place a jump between them. I'd go for something like this as it seem to match better with the song. Followed your suggestion but I didn't change the shape of the sliders.
01:20:117 (5,1) - minor - I believe you wanted a blanket here and then placed (1) in a wrong place. Move the whole triangle a little, so that (5) blankets (1). Ok, fixed.
02:29:204 - 02:29:913 - 02:30:621 - since the sounds here are pretty strong, I wouldn't ignore them. THis is the hardest diff, so, it sounds like a reasonable idea to me. I like my current patterns a lot and they fit in nicely with the music. I don't want to change them.

I suggest to get a few more mods as I feel like the map isn't quite ready yet. You've got some nice ideas and diffs are quite alright, but the balanace and general settings might need more attention. Oh, and get someone to check/confirm metadata. I'm think it might be Toby & Freda Maybe (Shine Forever)
