Thank you for mod. I'm not using my proper computer so I can't mod your beatmap now - I will get to it when I get back (should be a day or so)

Unless otherwise noted, anything I did for insane carries down to lower diffs as well.

00:40:100 (3) - this looks ugly imo. I feel like you despise curved sliders, so try just making a 'tent' with this one c: (I hope you'll get the idea LOL)

00:42:869 (1,2,3,1,2,3) - the first three will have near to no distance between the three sliderbodies while the next three do. this feels weird so try fixing that ><

00:56:599 (2,3,1) - I feel like overlaps like these are not neccessarily optimal. you could try rotating the last slider to avoid having their bodies overlap

01:01:330 (1,2,3,1,2) - this is really crowded PLUS it has a SV change in. I think you can come up with something nicer than this!

01:33:638 (3) - you could straighten this out since it is not a perfect 90° angle right now

Suddenly jumping to 1.5 SV during the last kiai feels waaaay to hard.

I know what you were going for with this, but I feel like the whole thing feels very repetetive at times because 80% (exaggerating) of you're hitobjects are straight 1/2 sliders so there's not a lot of room for creative patterns

00:06:869 (4,5) - you could try to have the circle catch the sliders movement by having it match the sliders end

Any other ideas for lowering star diff a bit?

Not an expert on Hard/Insanes (soontm) but the Kiai feels a bit messy at times The first kiai is messy because I screwed up, tried to cover it up, and apparently failed miserably. This has been fixed. Second kiai seems fine to me. Third? ???? uh...

00:54:638 (4,1,2,3) - the jumps feel a bit exaggerated imo especially with your spacing being this low during the rest of the non-kiai parts the jumps are on purpose; they have been toned down *slightly* for the hard diff. It's not going to change much in the insane though.

01:00:176 (3) - why is the spacing on this 0.9? oops. Fixed.

01:01:792 (3,4,5,6,7) - would unstack these to help the player see just how many notes he's going to stream fixed

01:03:176 (1) - why is there a change in the SV here? because the song is (IMO) noticeably more lively

Try increasing the spacing during the non-kiai parts to avoid the overlaps Hahahahaha, this should be entertaining! don't say i didn't warn you. First two 8-blocks have been remapped to 0.8x DS. First kiai has been bumped from 0.9 to 1.0xDS. (ouch.)

This might just be due to the fact that we both have very different styles when it comes to mapping though c: I think part of it is that I map unchanging hold notes to generally straight sliders. I only curve sliders when the melody is extremely fluid. I did try to make the flow a little less jagged, but I think that doing so for this beatmap would require at this point an entire tearing up.

Hi! I'm gonna mod Hard for you.

The first section I fiddled with to make it look better aesthetically, by moving the hitcircles into curves.
00:05:484 I added a third slider node and altered the nodes to be in (405,112) (403,154) (390,191) from first to last.
00:05:946 is at (369,223)
00:06:176 is at (342,252)
00:06:407 the nodes are at (310,276) and (319,315)
00:06:869 the nodes are at (271,287) (225,299) (170,284)
00:07:215 is at (154,287)

Slider at 00:15:176 is too long, I changed the last two nodes to (208,91) and (208,138).

I moved 00:34:100 to (71,88) and 00:34:215 to (178,86), just personal preference.

To make the timing of the circles at 00:50:830 and 00:50:946 and 00:51:176 correct I moved them to
00:50:869 and 00:50:946 and 00:51:100 which is 1/6 timing. It could affect playability though so they can probably be left unchanged if you feel it would make them hard to hit. If you do change them consider altering the spacing according to the new rhythm.
There are a few other areas with the same timing issue but this one stuck out the most to me, the others could also be changed but again it's your prerogative on timing accuracy vs. playability.

At 00:55:100 I edited the spacing since the jumps are very sudden and therefore hard to see coming:
00:55:100 is now at (369,142)
00:55:330 the nodes are now at (331,238) and (385,238)

I felt that the circles around 01:31:099 were too fast paced, it's a jump in difficulty compared to most of the map.
I replaced three circles at 01:31:099 and 01:31:215 and 01:31:330 with a slider starting at 01:31:099 and ending at 01:31:330 .
The nodes are (195,152) red node at (196,100) and a last white node at (143,70). This change is meant to break the difficulty up a bit.

As for the difficulty settings, I feel the overall difficulty should be lowered to around 6, with this being a swing track it's difficult to get your timing perfect so I think more lenience would be a countermeasure to that.

I tried to do this how you said, but I have no idea what was going on. It's curved now.

Gonna wait for consensus on this one - I intentionally cranked OD up simply because I thought this track demanded it (+ I come from a rhythm game heritage that has very unpleasant score attack timing windows).

ninja edit: to be clear, the current OD spread is 6/7.5/9. I suppose a 6/7/8 or a 5/6.5/8 wouldn't be too bad, but I'd like to keep the insane diff with insane timing (and an even timing spread too) if possible.

  1. Your mp3 file is 225kbps in which exceed 192kbps that said on the ranking criteria, you can make it lower so it fit the criteria
  2. Maybe it's just me, but it seems the background still looks on low quality, while the font look a bit blur

  1. Since Normal is the lowest diff on the mapset, so I sugest not to have diffrent SV or slider speed, you can make it constant so the beginner not too hard to play this

  4. 00:10:100 (2) - Might be consider to add whistle?
  5. 00:12:292 (4) - As for the lowest diff maybe that should be on white tick instead on blue tick for better reading while play

Oh , first of all , i think it would be better without countdown ;)

HARD :

You should put more distance between the circles , it would make the map way better . It may give some work , but the results will pay out

INSANE

00:04:792 - Drag the three a liiiiitle bit to the bottom left ( 220 degrees ~ ) , so it doesnt look like a line
00:16:446 - you should copy and paste the 00:15:176 slider instead ( with other position , obviously )
00:18:869 to 00:19:215 - remove all those circles and put a slider starting on 00:18:869 and ending on 00:19:100
00:26:830 - try to move it , so it doesnt looks like a "square" , because i think this doesnt fit the situation at all
00:27:176 - make the slider be a curve , it would fit better in the situation
00:58:330 - change the direction of the curve
01:06:061 - change the 7 and 9 position to make it become smoother , like a little curve

What's up with the distance spacing? It's even smaller than Normal's. Pick a DS that makes circles 1/2 beat apart not overlap. If you're afraid of the star rating going too high, replace a lot of single circles by sliders and remove some streams.
