Radiance
00:04:072 (4,5,6) - Looks a little sloppy. 00:04:072 (4) - Could probably be adjusted to have the slider end drop off to 5 better and the end node of 6 could be moved a bit to the left to look nicer like this
(roughly) changed00:10:405 (4,5,6,7) - This looks fine. You could also move these higher so it makes like a triangle with the sliderhead of 1 but it's not needed ofc.
did 00:52:072 (3,4,5,6) - Hard to read for the song's difficulty since it looks very similar to the previously used 5s streams. I suggest using .8 or .9 spacing for this, Change the first 3 notes to slider/reverse OR stack the notes. The first option looks better because the wider spacing will make it more distinguishable than the 5s streams prior. The second option is the most obvious one because it removes the difficulty factor and gives the player enough time to hear the pattern before responding to the last note. 2 sliders works too but probably not as pretty. The last option, while it may sound counter-productive, will at least have the approach circles overlapping which would look a bit different than a 3s stack. I'd say the first option is the best though.
switched the jump after to flow better, but I don't mind this stream03:40:405 (3,4) - This looks a little sloppy. I would have said the same thing about 03:39:738 (5,6) - but it has nice symmetry with 03:40:072 (1,2) - however 3 and 4 do not. What I would suggest is copying 03:39:405 (3,4) - then CTRL+ H, J and G and move slightly to (about) 488/160 and 396/196 respectively so it has a bit of chemistry with the other notes.
Example.
did something close to this03:44:738 (4,5,6,1,2,3,4) - Give yourself a little more room so 1-4 have more room to look clean. Select 4 5 and 6 and drag them to 356/228. 5 should stack with 3 as a result while still keeping similar DS. Move 03:45:405 (1) - to 364/332, 03:45:572 (2) - to 464/284, 03:45:738 (3) - to 464/172 and 03:45:905 (4) - to 376/104. Finally you can move 03:46:072 (5) - on top of the previous 5 which should, not only cleanly stack, but also keep a clean distance and relationship with the slider end of 03:46:738 (1) -
Of course by doing this you would have to move 03:47:405 (3) - as well but the distance is still very similar and so nothing is lost with a bit of cleanup :3
I think this one is fine the way it is04:06:738 (3) - This is fine (assuming this is intentional) but otherwise you can stack.
intentional05:20:072 - 05:20:738 - This is also fine (the silence that is) but you could add a 1/1 slider that follows the start of the uh...ambient chamber instrument? thing? yeah. You could copy the slider you have on 05:21:405 (1) - remove its reverse arrow (obv), rotate by 120 and CTRL+G to have slider end blanketted by 1. Something like
this just kinda added a break instead05:46:072 (7) - Clean up blanket. You could probably use 05:46:738 (1) - and then rotate by 60 and ctrl+g it but you'd have to relocate some of the notes afterward so they look neat and that might be a lot more work (although it might look nicer :3)
just kinda cleaned up the blanketOther CommentsMap looks pretty solid overall no real issues but....
The first part looks harder than the rest of the song. I personally like that approach but the rest of the map feels much easier than the first section in terms of spacing and patterns. I can't really tell you guys what to do here but for example the 2nd kiai section would be a great place to do something similar to the first section from 00:21:405 - 01:03:405 - With the slider speed changes and varying jump distances. I understand this was not Maeg's section but surely that kiai could be spiced up a bit.
the rest of the song honestly seems much harder to me, idkOther than that I expect this to be ranked within 2 weeks :3
Good luck!
