I think 4.25 minutes is too long for normal diff and end part is too slow for hard diff. However I will try to look into it.

Oh look, it's more Depeche Mode. Some odd timing here: 105.985 BPM, 3,585 offset is what I'm getting. You have to open the timing setup menu to get the BPM to three decimal places. Also, I don't really think kiai time is suitable for this song. Finally, near the end, the song begins to fade out, so you should gradually use quieter hitsounds.

Normal:

I'd really like this to finish at the same point as the other difficulties.

Hard:

I like those kick slider on hard diff fun

Nothing much it's just that in hard diff it's pretty strange it only has 2 jumps in 00:44:336 (1,2) and 01:56:799 (1,2), the first jump is kinda sudden so might as well add more jump before that so the player might know what's coming.

Oh and also a good place where I think good for a jump are when the music play like in 00:26:220 (1) ~ 00:34:995 (13) and other similar place,
maybe 2x distance snap is good for the jump.

Yeah it's just a suggestion, it's okay to not kds this

General Notes
pshhh pshhh pshhh pshhh I never liked the Soft audio's Whistles because it's just generally annoying, buuuuut the volume isn't blaring so it's cool.
02:51:713 in my opinion is an unnecessary time for Kaia, because there is no change in the tone of the song.All Kaia time uses after that are fine, but the 4 instances from 03:45:494 onwards are odd and obvious fountain abuse. I suggest you use Kaia time for that entire part of the song.
Why is the fade out mapped...?
The spinners on all difficulties may be too close to the next note, especially Normal, but again, I don't think they need changing.

I feel like I should be clicking on the spot where the spinner starts now, but if an extra note is added then the spinner would be too short. This solution solves both of those problems. (This also goes for the next part just like this)

I feel like I should be clicking on the spot where the spinner starts now, but if an extra note is added then the spinner would be too short. This solution solves both of those problems. (This also goes for the next part just like this) I don't feel it. I map voice more than beats

*When a map ends a bit before the song does, I usually suggest adding a single kiai fountain to the last note as a "finishing touch" to the map. :p
*BPM is surprisingly fine, but the offset feels just a tiny bit early. 8,110 should work better (remember to resnap on all diffs).

Nothing looks unrankable, and I see a nice use of patterns and hitsounds. However, I'm a little concerned about the names of the difficulties and the difficulty spread as a whole. Normal plays like a Normal, Relaxing feels like a hard Normal or just a Hard, and Hard plays like an Insane (albeit a bit easy due to the low bpm).

Most of Normal would be fine as the easiest map in this set, but some parts would still be too tricky for new players. You could dumb down the difficulty with a larger circle size, more sliders (especially for the large number of red tick offbeat notes), and some smaller spacing in parts OR you could make a real Easy for the song (I suggest doing this). You could try to spread out the slider velocity a bit more next time, to make the difficulties a bit more different.

Ok, I forgot to mention that your video still got the audio track enabled, you should reconvert it with disabled audio.

No, video doesn't have any audio, but .avi and .mp3 files have the same name. You can place video to other folder for check it.
