New Year's Resolutions 2015

This is continued from last year's thread I made. I've decided to combine both Resolutions and osu!lutions together this time!

So we've had an eventful year in osu! over the past 12 months, with the new BAT system, and a huge influx of new players joining. What are some of your goals for next year in and out of osu!?

My osu!lutions:
Map a full Taiko set and get it ranked
Clear up my graveyard and get a few things ranked.
Get 'good' at this game and get below 15k (10k?) in ranking in PPv2 for Standard.

My Resolutions:
Better myself by eating a little bit healthier than I currently am.
Further my education in a second language I find myself on/off lots

Let's hope I can get a few of these things done next year!

My Last Years resolutions
My biggest goal personally is to learn how to play and mod insane difficulties effectively. It's currently my weakest point in this game, so I'd like to be able to get a better grasp how it all works and be able to mod and play them properly. I still suck at playing insanes, but I've adjusted to modding them quite a bit better.

I also want to improve my storyboarding skills as I'm really starting to love it. I've made a few ranked storyboards this year, and a few I've played around with. I'm quite happy with what I've accomplished and only hope to improve even more!

  1. Continue learning Japanese, hopefully be at a stage that I can take a JPLT by the end of the year
  2. Be less pessimistic about myself
  3. Save money better
  4. Be less emotional
  5. Learn how to cook Japanese food

  3. Try and enter next CTB World Cup

  1. More sports to keep fit.
  2. Less osu, more university because I'm close to my final Bachelor exam.
  3. Spend more time with my family / friends.
  4. Save my money.
  5. Internships, a lot of them... A few seminars.
  6. Maybe some side job as well.
I clearly will diminish my osu!activity and I hazard the consequences to lose my BAT status for a negative rating. 2015 is gonna be very tough already, so I need to lower my sight. You cannot have everything. But who knows, maybe I get everything organized better than expected.

resolutions:
  1. stay healthy
  2. get grades that aren't too bad

  1. improve rank (under 10k?)
  2. get 5.25+ star maps ranked
  3. not drop out of BAT because of poor rank quality

  3. Lose weight (about 10 kilos) and incidentally, if the weather allows me to, run ~8km every Thursday
  4. Get a job for a month so I'm safe for a 2-week trip to Hong Kong

- More positive, confident, patient and control my emotions (I see this a little bit hard)

- For standard: get to top 25k in the world or top 1k in the UK (325 places to go!)
- Finish my custom skin (and possibly share it with everyone)
- Improve in osu! mania


My Resolutions

- Be more social and more open
- Be less shy / more confident
- Improve on the Japanese language and not to lose my understanding in Tagalog.
- Get a part time job so that I have at least a spending budget (for my first pc build) instead of asking for some loose change.
- Never EVER neglect my studies again! (especially on my last year of high school. Don't want a repeat of last year)
- Be more active. (more badminton. Yay!)
- Regulate my food consumption. :3
