there are no new ranked maps (many are qualified but not ranked), and the monthly charts for osu!mania have disappeared for 2 moths or so. the BATs for osu!mania are inactive and i know it's already been discussed in a thread t/216628/start=90 but nothing's gonna change if nobody notify the BATs or do something -.- and i bet that loctav's gonna get angry again like the thread before and he's just gonna lock this thread again, just asking for someone who really cares (especially the staffs) before this thread is gonna be locked like the thread before =.=

Hell, I would lock this thread if I could. It's been discussed. Everyone's aware of the issue. There's a process for people to become BAT, if there's nobody who qualifies for BAT, then we won't get any. t/259742

I know victoria_db would be a mod if it weren't for the lack of a high enough BAT score.
The google doc provided only has details for the current members of the BAT, is there public information anywhere that gives the current score/progress of nominated BAT members that I could keep my eye on?

Also BAT score isn't THAT hard to get, you just need to be active and frequently mod (Blocko told me that I have over 1k score, but I still have only one vote ;_;)

Well BATs do still have to actually be good mappers, and should preferably not have bad attitudes either (like a previously mentioned candidate). 
problem is that good mappers is entirely subjective

I believe mania was doomed from the very beginning when there's this [criteria] that made players and mappers to just... go WTF?? and all.
