Since there're these on the osu! mania keyboard layout. Why don't add more specials keys modes to osu! mania's mods as well? It would be interesting isn't it? The current one is just reaches up to 8K.

Why not?
I think this is already being worked on (or at least planned to be worked on).
Osu!Mania is already capable of supporting from 1k all the way to 10k, although official support isn't there for them yet. It's a planned feature, as far as I'm aware.
