Every .wav file must be at least 100ms long to prevent issues with soundcards. If you want a silent/blank hitsound, then you must use a 0-byte .wav file.I think this may possibly need a clarification. currently the rules states that the entire file must be 100ms long but some people (including me) may mistaken it to be that the active time of the hitsound must be 100 ms long
For hitsounds such as http://puu.sh/dttBG/871f5414ba.wav where the active time is below 100ms but the entire length of the file (including silence) is above 100ms
It may get confusing
I'm not exactly sure how we can clarify this but i think this is an issue to be addressed
