I feel like that Stream is a very interesting and nice mode, as it scales to your skill and simply can be just adding in the harder/easier Beatmap notes when you reach the changing point. The only problem I see are when Beatmaps don't have a harder/easier Beatmap, in which they can just not activate the mode at all.
