Looks great but below are my suggestions/ideas to implement
00:10:656 (1) - Arc slider to flow gradually down with the vocals? doesn't effect next note either and to continue slider pattern from before http://puu.sh/d7mzf/4f3584b325.jpg
00:16:656 (1) - Doesn't look as appealing when spines are fat to me. So like this? http://puu.sh/d7mER/79f186a5a9.jpg doesn't effect DS
00:33:156 (3) - Looks more symmetrical to me if that end slider notch moves up by 1 (This is my eyes, but you can keep it the same)
00:43:656 (1) - Not sure about this how about a proper blanket here?

Imbalanced spread between NH and HI:
In Hard, you have quite a number of readability challenges - 00:12:150 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3) - 00:57:150 (1,2,3,1,2,3) , jumps - 00:17:400 (3) - 00:21:525 (2) - 00:27:712 (2) - 00:29:212 (2,3,4) - 00:30:150 (1) - 00:30:712 (2,3,4) , and consecutive circles - 00:59:400 (3,4,5,6,1) -01:22:087 (2,3,4) which make the Hard higher than the average. If you take an in-depth look at N and I, you will find them casual and just right at the average. Thus, what I mentioned above leads to the unbalanced gap issue.
Fix it by nerfing the placements using mostly distance snap and reducing the density of some patterns mentioned above, especially consecutive circles.

as previously mentioned, diffgap still exists. although N > H is fine, H > I is a bit too much imo. Catharsis has several long streams and 1/4 notes while Hard has zero. i think its fine to integrate some 1/4s here and there in Hard without making it too far from Normal. at the same time normal can be buffed too

generally object organization can be improved, like: 00:20:962 (4,1,2) - keeping the sliderhead equal distance from the surrounding notes.
and try to keep your DS consistent through unless there's reasonable jumps. things like this is not consistent 00:26:212 (2,3,4) -
maybe reduce CS to 3.5-3.8, just a thought but it might fit.

I guess you have misinterpreted my elaboration on spread, what I mean on the imbalanced spread is exactly opposite to what you said above.

So, my suggestion is to fix the unbalance through nerfing the heavy jumps in Hard, hopefully the spread would turn into:
N <--------> H <--------> I

Rhythmically, nothing special or tricky are found in all the diffs, but adding a few 1/4 objects like 2 - 3 or even none are both okay for me as most of the difficulties in Hard reflects on the placements.
