Super Mods are technically regular mods amped up a bit. These actually apply to both Easy and Hard mods. I'll quickly explain how they work.
[Easy]
Super Half Time: Speed is now slowed down to x0.25 instead of x0.5. Either Unranked or a massive score downgrade.
Super Easy: All difficulty settings are downgraded to the lowest. Unranked.
Super No Fail: Any notes missed will now be changed to a 50. Unranked.
[Hard]
Super Hard Rock: Difficulty settings are tripled. Will not go over the max on each setting.
Super Sudden Death: Only applies to osu!mania and Taiko. In osu!mania, if MAX score is not hit (aka rainbow 300), you die. In Taiko, if slider ticks are not fully hit, or a big red or blue note is not fully hit (100 or not hit with both sides of red or blue), you die.
Super Double Time: x1.5 rate is now jacked up to x2.0.
Super Hidden: Basically Stealth Mode (notes do not appear). If this isn't OK, notes stay on screen for only 0.25 seconds.
Super Flashlight: The field of view/flashlight area is much tighter.
[Other]
Super Random: Notes are spread out without any pattern. Just put in random places. High chance of jacks or lots of jumps, triple or quad notes/hands. Unranked. This is also known as Blender mode in In The Groove or Stepmania.
Any mods that are not marked unranked will have their original score multiplier doubled. Ex: Hard Rock's x1.06 multiplier would be x1.12 on Super Hard Rock.
