Might as well just mention here that I plan on getting both versions.
So hyped for Mega Pidgeot and actually being able to "soar" in the sky!

Haven't 100% decided if I'm getting it at release, but I'll get it eventually. Probably gonna go with Omega Ruby, since I got Ruby when it originally came out.

Intending to buy Alpha Sapphire, though the earliest I'll do so is after Christmas. With Shin Megami Tensei IV, Persona Q and Shovel Knight coming out pretty soon as well, money's pretty tight as it is, and those three definitely take priority over a remake, as awesome as that one might be.

If I get a 3DS I will probably get Omega Ruby cuz red.
I was thinking of getting Alpha Sapphire initially because I had the original Ruby but my mind got changed to getting Omega Ruby because of the Primal Groudon figurine.

Uhh... shouldn't that pic be in the X/Y thread? I'd understand if you posted the Diancie event since (at the moment) you can only get it in X/Y (through the event, which is after the shiny Mega Gengar one actually, unless you're in Japan), and since Mega Diancie will only exist in OR/AS...

The shiny Mega Gengar is only an event because it ties in to a TCG thing.

EDIT: There are other ways you can get a code just in case you forget to sign up for the newsletter (North America only).

Preordering Omega Ruby since my friend is getting Sapphire. Also I sure hope I get to play the demo, if it's even for people outside of US.

Planning to go with Alpha Sapphire because Water is one of my favourite types anyway. I like the character design of Team Aqua (Pirates ♥) a lot more than Team Magma. And I definitely prefer Kyogre over Groudon.
Like many others, ill be getting OR cause it was my original gen 3 game xD. But is it bad im more excited to see if they will remake Emerald as well~
I'm going to get Alpha Sapphire because I like the color blue better than red, and Kyogre is one of my favourite legendaries. I've only played Emerald back in the days, though. I've preordered the limited edition of the game a week ago or so.

I pre-ordered Alpha Sapphire too since I like Kyogre, but I probably buy Omega Ruby too after some time just like I did with X and Y.
I have to say that I don't remember liking Hoenn that much either, everybody has their personal preferences. I think the reason I didn't like it that much was because I wasn't aware that a new Pokémon Edition is coming out and my father got me Sapphire back then and I just played it + I wasn't that much of a fan at that point. But now I'm super excited for the Remakes and I bet they'll be really great!Norbi wrote:
