Correct for latency in multiplayer

One thing I noticed in multiplayer is that there's quite a delay on the scoreboard. Players that are far away typically show scores that are two to three seconds old. (Look at the scoreboard when the map goes into breaktime or a lull, you'll see 300s and 100s partway through it).

This can make your score seem to jump around, oscillate between 1st and 2nd place when you're really in 2nd, or just plain make you look better than you are.

I suggest trying to measure this delay (possibly by finding how long it takes to hit the eg. 10th object), and correcting for it, delaying your own score to match the others. This should provide a more accurate place on the scoreboard. Obviously there's no way to look into the future and predict what everyone else's score is going to be, so this should be the next best thing.

Personally I don't find much use in compensating for the latency as a player; I only look at the score board during breaks anyway (and that's where the score catches up).

This will have more use if mp spectating is implemented though
