The gap between hard and insane seems pretty big,

you might want to change the settings by using more precise decimal settings to narrow that gap.

-You have Widescreen Support on in Normal/Hard/Insane, but not in Demise. Since you don't use an Storyboard, you should disable it on every diff.

Hard/Insane/Demise:

-During Kiai you have several whistles around there. You should remove them (honestly, I don't think they fit).
-Insane was (for me) your best one.

  4. 00:19:624 - I'm not sure if it's just me but I'd add a note here in order to 1. Cover the drums as well as the Voclas here and to 2. get the polarity better which would make it much more readable here imo.
  5. 00:24:339 (3) - The Music here is basically the same as at 00:19:910 (1) - where you've mapped the red tick which would feel here way better as well if you ask me since ignoring this red tick feels so off >.<

  3. 00:29:767 (2) - Hm, this sound seems rather unimportant to me since it's really quiet and not that recognizable while playing other than the red ticks next to it. These are kinda strong which makes it feel weird that you've ignored them. I'd go for something as seen below since it represents the instruments as well as the vocals and drums way better here. (This stuff happens all over the section and makes it rhythm feel rather weird to me but since you are consistent with it should make it okay :/)
  4. 00:35:767 (7) - Perhaps you can move this a bit to the right like this to improve the flow into 1 by giving the player a smooth transition.
  5. 00:39:767 (4) - Maybe it's just me but a CTRL+H'd version of this would flow way better in my eyes
  6. 00:49:767 (1) - This would be pretty neat if you could rearrange it a bit so that it forms a pentagon with the previous objects. Just an idea here, nothing you have to apply but it would be cool imo (:

  3. 00:18:053 (2,3) - Maybe it's just me but I'd actually switch them for a better flow due to a smoother turn from 1 into 2 as seen on the arrows in the Screenshot below.
  4. 00:34:481 (4) - Consider to place that at 282|340 to improve the jump into 00:34:624 (5) - by giving the playera lower range of moving to the left so that he has to focus more onto the jump upwards which would improve the flow a lot here.
  5. 00:43:196 (2,3,4) - Wah, the wavy movement between 2 and 4 over 3 feels really odd. Try to place 00:43:481 (3) - at 244|211 to improve the flow here a lot! <:
  6. 01:02:339 (5,6,7) - The flow here didn't work that well to me to be honst :< The problem is that 01:02:910 (7) - is slowing the player down since s/he expects a zigzag pattern here, but for a zigzag pattern 01:02:910 (7) - should be lower. So either you put 01:02:767 (6,7) - in a line with 5's tail or place 7 lower, like this.
  7. 01:08:624 (4) - Perhaps you can place this a bit higher to let its track follow the curve provided by 01:08:339 (2,3) - for a smoother flow here.
  8. 01:14:624 (4) - I know that this is part of a triangle but I'd suggest you to move it more right to introduce the jump to the right better. As it is now it feels really unexpected and unnatural to me :/
  9. 01:34:053 (3,4,5) - Please even out the spacing here since there's no reason for the spacing between 3 and 4 being bigger than the one between 4 and 5 since 5 is the strongest beat here. The second thing I'd like you to do is not having the curve the circles are placed in so strong as this kills the flow here for me and makes it play weird.   10. 01:37:053 (6,7) - The rhythm here sounds really messed up due to 01:37:339 - being ignored but the quiet 01:37:196 - being mapped. Try to CTRL+G them in terms of rhythm. (You can also leave the placement as it is after CTRL+G'ing since the flow is actually pretty good like this o-o)
  11. 01:42:767 (2) - Meh, try to CTRL+J this for an intuitive wavy movement here.
  12. 02:11:624 (4) - Try to rotate this about 25° (Selection Centre) to improve the flow here. The transition slows the player down in order to get the tail right which makes it feel pretty harsh.

(This stuff happens all over the section and makes it rhythm feel rather weird to me but since you are consistent with it should make it okay :/)

  4. 00:34:481 (4) - Consider to place that at 282|340 to improve the jump into 00:34:624 (5) - by giving the playera lower range of moving to the left so that he has to focus more onto the jump upwards which would improve the flow a lot here.
  5. 00:43:196 (2,3,4) - Wah, the wavy movement between 2 and 4 over 3 feels really odd. Try to place 00:43:481 (3) - at 244|211 to improve the flow here a lot! <:

I suggest adding a beat 00:05:410  here (Where it misses on purpose) and connect the whole stream to the previous slider ( 00:05:053 (1) ) to create a better gameplay experience. This is only an opinion, try to do what I said, test it out and then decide if you want to change it or let it the way it is now.
     
  7. 00:12:767 (3) - I suggest moving this beat on 00:12:339 (1) this slider tail (x:236 y:324), this because having that beat there creates a more natural movement and better experience. I know that the spacing becomes quite awkward, but you are not even using it in this difficulty, so I don't see how this is going to stop you from changing.

Sorry if you got this mod quite late after the request, I had problems that I won't go into here.
Also my mod is full of suggestions because the map lacks any technical problems at all, but I just don't like this mapping style and it was very hard to not be lazy. Hope it somewhat helped anyway.
