So few circles in your maps until Insane. Kinda boring. :(

00:26:701 (1) - This spinner is awkward. Since you have no sounds on it, it's just kind of there with nothing really going on in the music. I'd just delete it.
Why do you have a break if you mapped through it in the Hard/Insane?

00:04:057 (2,1) - What is this doing in a Normal? Follow the music, firstly. Secondly, don't use advanced techniques in lower level maps.

Wow. This difficulty jump is HUGE. Map a real Hard diff and rename this to Insane please.

01:24:249 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) - This doesn't really play that well. The stop and go with a constant rhythm when you stop with the vocal, but keep going with the rhythm on the drum part but not moving really flows poorly. I recommend you remove the circles between the sliders. That or remove the sliders and use double circles instead.

[Insane]
Rename this to Extra.
00:08:096 (1,2,3,4,5) - Spacing is suddenly rather high for a fairly subdued part of the song.
00:32:903 (1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2,1) - Please don't new combo spam
00:36:942 (1) - What is this following? The strong beat in the music is at 00:37:086 -
00:40:692 (3,4,5,6,7,8,1,2,3,4) - I'm not really sure what you're trying to follow here, pattern-wise.
00:42:134 (1,2) - And after all those jumps, this feels waaaay too close. The pacing and flow feels broken.
00:42:855 (1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2) - Please don't new combo spam
00:48:480 (1,1,1) - I still highly recommend that you use a slider considering that both of these have different rhythms. Also don't new combo spam.
00:53:096 (1,1) - New combo spammmm. I'm not going to point them out anymore.
01:11:413 (1) - Slider end is unsnapped

You really need to fix the broken difficulty spread before you push this to re-rank. Let me know when you get the new difficulty in and I'll give it a look-over.

00:53:096 (1,1) - New combo spammmm. I'm not going to point them out anymore. These rhythm are special so it is ok to stay like this. But it is ok to be fixed, too, since this is Extra now.

Sorry though be happy that there will be a proper spread >wo though you have to remember this isnt a guideline this is a rule since you need a reasonable gap between the diffs >.<

Did some IRC followup mostly concerning detailing why the spread is unacceptable from the N -> H still and some detail cleanup on the other maps. Get some mods on the new Insane and call me back!

00:27:134 (2,4) - 這兩個vocal應該是能加whistle,可以試試。
00:44:153 (1) - 這個slider有點太靠邊了有點突兀,我覺得還是左上移動一些。
00:45:884 (3) - ^ (試試(116|24)? 我覺得這音聽起來沒跳點,所以放近些?)
00:48:192 (7,1) - 感覺這間距很容易miss here.
00:54:249 (1) - 間距2.6有點far,試試(500|212)?

00:58:865 (1,2,3,4,5,1,2,3,4,5) - These feel really off... the jumps should be happening with the vocals, if anything. Also that you have a constant rhythm going through here also contributes to the flow confusion.

01:24:249 (1,2,3,4,5,1,2,3,4,5) - The same thing going on here from last time. I really suggest you try a different pattern design here.

01:17:326 (1) - I think instead of returning to a stack with this, having it more in the left and center field would flow much better. The upward movement just didn't have a good feeling to it.
01:19:346 (7) - Try not to cover a slider so much with hit objects

Edit:

@yf: My problem with the patterns is more the timing of your jumps. Since you're using stacks to sliders -> jump, they'd feel a lot better if you time them with the vocals instead of right after the vocals. That you also change your jump pattern for the final 01:00:884 (5) - slider on each instance also makes things unintuitive.
