It's a really little change, but since you started to follow the vocals with this pattern I'd at least emphatize it a bit, before changing to the other instruments, and doing this kind of rhythmical pattern would work quite good :3
4. 02:12:950 (1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,3) - Just a little thought here, what would you think about gradually increase the spacing of these triplets to emphatize the instruments in the bg. It would be nothing big (maybe you could just use DS 0.8/0.9x instead of 0.7x) but I believe it could work out really well there, even if it's pretty much an optional
5. 03:24:950 (2) - CTRL+G here? Considering 03:24:435 (1) - 's direction, a slider moving clockwise would continue its flow quite well, giving overall a nice touch to the map in this part. Try it out!
6. 04:16:550 (1,2,3) - Considering how you've used the hitsounds there I found this pattern to be a bit misleading there, it felt quite strange to play. Even if it could be just me, what would you think about using a pattern composed by a triplet+two 1/4 sliders? Here's an example of what I mean!
7. 04:53:235 (1,2) - Here instead of these two notes I expected another slider to continue the progression here... Not a big thing though it would work quite well as seeing this pattern start here is a bit strange. Maybe you could also use a slider out of the rotated ones to follow the twist in the synth, for example as I done here:
