Any custom difficulty name must not be a username, or anything related to a username.

I don't think that rule should be used for the approval maps too, because usually approval maps are something extraordinary, and usual ranking rules can be ignored sometimes (as count of diffs or difficulty names). Maybe you should to discuss with the BAT about this, but i think that rule isn't necessary for the approval maps.
example like this: https://osu.ppy.sh/s/141592Kyubey wrote:

you can't use a username as a diff name, regardless of if the map is going for approval or not. also, the title is incorrect. according to both kors k's official website and the MP3 data, the correct title should be "kors k feat.Yukacco - Are You Ready (Original Mix)".
call me for a full mod when these issues are fixed

[General]
- remove the space between "feat." and "Yukacco". it's like that on kors k's website
- add some relevant tags so more people will find the map. "kosuke saito", "斉藤広祐", "S2TB Files3 : Subsonic Tribe", etc.
- offset 93 is more accurate.
[Extra]
00:31:973 (1,2,1,2,1,2) - give the ends of these sliders slightly lower volume to follow the music better.
00:54:431 (2) - reverse this for better flow
04:17:231 (2) - ^
05:23:745 (1) - follow the spacing you've been using here? it makes more sense to me
