add background at chat area

why not make chat area bit more fancy with art or picture
well if only you want it..... this is just suggestion from me

So you're suggesting about having the chat bar with a background photo? Interesting, but I don't think it would be a good idea imo. Imagine having a bg with white dominant color for example. You can't read much of the chat lines. =w=

We do can use a pic as chat background, simply look up -- the guy/girl in the background of page heading.

Yes, what's the idea. We can use any pics, osu simply performs it in a lower opacity, which absolutely makes the chat area readable.
Also, like menu background, we can make it supporter exclusive ;p
