Here are some really obvious things I think should be changed

Insane

00:14:751 (6) - don't use 1/8 rhythm. 1/4 repeats are adequate enough
00:20:435 - add a note
00:26:751 - a slider should have started here instead of having 00:26:593 (2) go past this part of the song because of the vocals
00:29:277 - do not go over this beat as well, have something at this point, even a repeat of a slider will do
00:32:751 (2,3) - such overlaps are not really appealing and look slipshod if not use well, placement does help make a map look more decent
00:31:961 (7) - new combo
00:32:593 (1) - remove new combo
00:33:066 (3) - new combo
00:34:330 (8) - ^
00:36:856 - need a beat here

00:40:645 - shift the break line here, you can do so by dragging it to this point

01:33:698 the stream should end at the beginning of the slider, otherwise it looks very very stupid and it's hard to play
01:36:224 ^

Overall i noticed that the distances between the notes are sometimes really random
