◦ Trans-continental: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Cyprus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Turkey.

ㅤ• Bracket: Double Elimination with bracket reset.
ㅤ• Leagues:

ㅤㅤㅤ◦ Minor League: Starts at RO32 (pending signups).
ㅤ• Match Phases: Protect, Ban, Pick.

Captain/Tryouts
Captain is selected by the tryout host(s) for each country.
Unfair/corrupt decisions can be reported to Host.
Tryouts are run separately by each country.
Free assets/help can be provided at request.
After Tryouts, each tryouts host sends their roster (w/o unscreen players) to host per form.

Screening
ㅤPlayers will be “screened out” (not allowed to play) for:
ㅤㅤ• Having less than 10,000 overall playcount.
ㅤㅤ• Having less than 150 games played per month for each month
ㅤㅤㅤ(between August 2024 and November 2024)
ㅤㅤ• An account being created less than a year ago.
ㅤㅤ• Having been restricted in the past 6 months prior to the end of the registration period.
ㅤㅤ• Confirmed cheating.
ㅤㅤ• Being outside the rank range at the end of registration.
ㅤㅤ• Recent spikes in monthly playcount.

!! There are no appeals for the reasons stated above !!

Qualifiers
ㅤSeeding with Z-sum
ㅤTop 16 Major leagues team qualify for Ro16 Major league.
ㅤOther teams: DNQ Major teams and Minor league teams qualify for Ro32 Minor league.
ㅤOptional qualifiers replay for all or specific maps (must be done directly after the lobby).

Important!
ㅤLate > 5 min = all bans lost.
ㅤLate > 10 mins = FF.
ㅤ2 warnings for timer abuse, >2 = forced start-up.
ㅤTeam warnings - 3 separate warnings = disqualification.
ㅤIndividual warning system = range from mute to disqualification.
ㅤNo timeouts at Tiebreaker (instead 3 min default timer).

Match Rules
ㅤReferee will invite captains 5 minutes before scheduled match.
ㅤWarmups will begin at match start time.

ㅤRolls :
ㅤ Protect -> Ban -> Pick phases
ㅤ Winner: 1st Protect, 1st Ban, 1st Pick.
ㅤ Loser: 2nd Protect, 2nd Ban, 2nd Pick.

ㅤDouble ban/pick is allowed.
ㅤProtected maps can't be banned.

ㅤㅤㅤP1: HD/EZ
ㅤㅤㅤP2: HR/HDHR
ㅤㅤㅤP3: Forcemod (HD, HR, EZ, FL, or any combination of these mods),
ㅤㅤㅤP4: Freemod (NM, HD, HR, EZ, FL, or any combination of these mods),
ㅤㅤㅤMultipliers: EZ = 1.8x || No multiplier for FL
ㅤIn case of a tie Tiebreaker is played.
ㅤIf the score is tied, the map will be replayed.
