  1. This is a 1v1 open rank international osu! standard tournament played with No Fail enabled on scorev2.
  2. Many mappools will have completely unorthodox maps or themed gimmicks throughout the mappool.
  3. All players must join the discord server; otherwise, your registration is void.
  4. There will be two tiers with 64 players each.
  5. Each tier operates as a separate tournament with a separate bracket.
  6. These tiers are based on BWS rank at the time registrations close, with the top 64 registrants going to tier 1 and the 65th to 128th going to tier 2.
  7. Seeding for each tier will be done via BWS rank.
    1. The BWS formula is as shown below:
  8. Both divisions will have a group stage first; then, the top 32 players move on to a double elimination bracket stage.
  9. The group stage is comprised of 16 groups of 4 players each.
  10. The group stage is single round robin, with the top two players from each group advancing to the bracket stage.
  11. Group advancements will be determined with the following priority: match wins > map win/loss > BWS seeding.
  12. There will be a bracket reset in the Grand Finals if necessary.
  13. Matches in the group stage are Best of 9.
  14. Matches in RO32, RO16, and QF are Best of 11.
  15. Matches in SF, F, and GF are Best of 13.
  16. Each player gets 2 bans in every match.
  17. The ban order is always ABBA
  18. The group stage will follow traditional seeding as follows: #1/#32/#33/#64 in group A, #2/#31/#34/#63 in group B, etc.
  19. The bracket stage will follow traditional seeding as follows: A1 vs P2, O1 vs B2, G1 vs J2, I1 vs H2, etc. An example can be found on the Tier 1 challonge.
  20. All times are in UTC. Find your own time zone here. Alternatively, the current time in UTC is displayed on the main spreadsheet.
  21. Referees, mappoolers, playtesters, and admins are NOT allowed to play in the tournament. However, graphic designers, commentators, and streamers ARE allowed to play.
  22. Eliminated players may enlist as referees or playtesters.
Mappools

  1. All players in both divisions will play on the same mappool each week.
  2. There will be separate map pools for each round of play. The mappool format may vary from week to week, with different ways of grouping maps.
  3. Expect the following star ratings for an equivalent aim consistency "NM1" map:
    1. Group Stage: 6.0*
    2. RO32: 6.5*
    3. RO16: 7*
    4. QF: 7.5*
    5. SF: 8*
    6. F: 8.75*
    7. GF: 9.5*

  1. A referee will make the lobby at least 5 minutes before the match and ping the players in the discord server about their match. Players should be online to receive their invites.
  2. Players will be allowed 1 optional warmup each with a maximum song length of 4:00.
  3. Players will !roll to determine pick and ban order. The winner of the roll chooses either the pick order or the ban order, and the loser chooses the remaining order.
  4. For example, if player 1 wins the roll and chooses to ban second, player 2 can choose to either pick first or second.
  5. If a player is not in the lobby by 5 minutes after the scheduled match start time, they lose all their bans.
  6. If a player is not in the lobby by 10 minutes after the scheduled match start time, they forfeit the match.
  7. Banned maps are effectively removed from the mappool for that match.
  8. There are no restrictions on consecutive picks or bans.
  9. Each player has 90 seconds to pick/ban a map. After a player picks a map, both players have 60 seconds to ready up for the map.
    1. If a player does not ban a map in the allotted time, their ban is forfeit.
    2. If a player does not pick a map in the allotted time, their pick is skipped over.
    3. If a player does not pick a map in the allotted time, and it is the first pick of the match, their pick is given to the other player.
    4. If a player is not ready in the allotted time, the referee will use !mp start 10 and start the match regardless of the lobby state.
    5. Referees may use their best discretion when enforcing timers.
  10. All mods are allowed on the tiebreaker; however, all scores will be divided by their mod multiplier. Players are not required to take any mods on the tiebreaker.
  11. In the case of a genuine disconnection in the first 30 seconds or quarter of the map, the map may be replayed. This can only be used once per map per player. If a player disconnects on the same map twice in a row, they must deal with the consequences of their disconnect. This rule is to prevent abuse through manually leaving the game after missing on a map.
  12. If a player disconnects mid-game, their scores will not be counted towards their team's total, unless adequate proof of said score is provided. The following are considered as acceptable proof:
    1. Player point-of-view live stream snippets (commonly referred to as "clips" or "VODs"). The entirety of the play, along with the results screen must be clearly visible along with the affected player's score.
    2. Replay files of the play, taken directly from the "Local scores" tab on the affected player's client (the timestamps must exactly match the time at which the game took place, as seen on the multiplayer lobby link).
    3. Screenshots from other players taken directly in-game that show the affected player's score.
      1. Screenshots from the results screen must clearly show the affected player's score. This is the preferred method.
      2. Screenshots taken in-game at the time of disconnection may be accepted. Note that this method does not provide a one-to-one representation of that player's score. Using this method is not encouraged and it may be denied at the referee's discretion if the information provided is not sufficient to identify the player/score.
      3. All screenshots MUST be taken using the game itself (using Shift + F12), that is, they must be hosted on the https://osu.ppy.sh/ domain. Any other form of screenshot will be denied.
    4. Player scores may be derived from the official stream as a last resort, in cases where the match is streamed.
