Try looking through skins.osuck.net. It has a very good listing so you should find something that fits. Doubt you will find this exact skin tho

Probably as close as I can find without having to make one. There are guides out there on converting Etterna skins to o!m, maybe those might help, since Etterna's default skins are in the game files anyway.
