It's a mixed skin so getting the exact one may be very hard if not impossible. The name doesn't really help either since there is quite a handful of skins with "simple" in the name.
But it seems it's some variation of selyu/seoul/cookiezi gameplays, so you could try and recreate it or just use ones that are very similar to it.
