I just thought it will be fun with this things

Auto/Replay vs Player Mode
Osu! = (not supported unless u know how)
Taiko = Taiko no tatsujin wii 2 player mode that's how it looks of it except you'r profile picture is in the center of the drum

Catch the beat = (like osu)
Osu!Mania = 2 players on one screen (player is in the left side) (auto or replay is in the right side)

Multiplayer Mode
Taiko = (look at taiko auto vs player mode)
Osu!mania = (look at osu!mania auto/replay vs player)

Extreme Mode
Adds:
Blinking Hitcircles
Distraction

Moving Sliders

MultPlayer Mode:
Osu! (Splitscreen + Glovepie (or not) Mouse Party)
Taiko = Tatacon,Gamepad or Keyboard (if you wanted)
Catch the beat = Gamepad or Keyboard (if you wanted again.)
Osu!mania = Again... ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Puh.. at all I almost don't understand anything of these suggestions. Well, that thing with Blinking Hitcircles, Distraction or Moving Sliders sounds.. eh weird. I don't know why this makes it "extremer" to play (except you're easy to be distracted)

From what I understand this is what OP is requesting:

"Auto/Replay vs Player" mode:
osu! - Impossible unless you can think of a good idea how to implement this.
Taiko - Like TnT, having two tracks, with the bottom one representing Auto or a replay file. Replace the drum with your avatar.
CtB - Same as with osu!, impossible unless you can think of a nice idea.
Mania - Same as Taiko, just having them side-by-side instead.

Multiplayer mode:
For taiko and Mania, show both players playing at the same time, similarily to how "Auto/Replay vs Player" mode works.

Extreme mode: (No clue, probably just a way of making things harder, ie mods.)
Blinking hitcircles,
Distractions <- Whatever you can figure.
Moving sliders

The last one I really have no idea. Playing the game with different equipment?
osu! - Multiple mouse.
Taiko - Tatacon
CtB - gamepad... whatever he means with that.
Mania - ^

Well yeah I don't know. Correct me if I'm wrong.
