First. I don't like not-proportional resized background... it's just ugly. Please re-resize it again.
Offset sounds fine, but it's different on both difficulties... why?

00:13:016 (1) - End on 00:15:643.
00:23:050 (1) - Spacing
01:36:092 (2,1,2) - The same like 00:10:088 (2,1,2).

Background is stretched a bit weirdly (not the video, but the picture itself).

00:10:088 (2,2) - These beats felt awkward to hit. Maybe move them back 1/2?
00:19:016 (1) - Maybe shift this up a bit to line up with the notes before/after it.
00:57:000 (5) - Might look better if it was moved up a bit to line up with the slider before it.
01:36:092 (2,2) - Same comment as the first one.

[Blue Truth]

00:12:054 (7) - Still slightly awkward, but better than Red.

Played very smoothly for me, no real issues. (really love how some sliders surround other notes/slider ends)

Also, you might want to put the timing section at the end (01:42:030) a bit before the note (maybe at 01:42:009 or 01:42:020?), because if someone plays it a bit early, it will be a soft finish.

Timing suggestions:
The current 145.06 sounds a bit off towards the end (can't really tell when it's starting to off, but obvious examples are starting from here in GOLDEN TRUTH 01:29:027 (1) )
Suggested timing -> 145 flat. Try it out on your own.

00:09:085 (1,2,3,4,5,6,1,2,3,4,5,6) - Why not map this like the earlier sections ? (in term of beat placement), coz it's unintuitive for me (imo, and I already play it at least 5 times but still find it not comfortable playing these 2 combos)

00:21:085 (5) - A bit hard to read because get obscured by the note before. Sometthing for you to think of. xD
Hitsound opinion : I think finish soft sound is a bit too loud.

Change the background colour to black.

I thought there were too many finishes on all the difficulties.

Consider swapping combo colours 2 and 4 to make combo changes look more distinct.

Change the background colour to black. Irrelevant, since a BG overrides this, but anyways, done

I'm not really sure I can give mod advice but from what i've played of the Beatmap, it's very well done. The coloured tint is slightly off putting but that's just my personal opinion. Great job with the Beatmap and I really hope to see this Ranked sometime soon! Here, have a star <3

Edit: Oh and I need to mention. You've nailed the Blue Truth difficulty perfectly. There really isn't anything else you can improve on with that difficulty.

Don't map easy difficulties in 1/4 exclusively. Use a 1/2 primary and switch to 1/4 when you absolutely need it, then switch back again.

The slider sounded fine to me. Last time I'm touching this map at all - if it ends up popped at all, you'll have to irritate another BAT.
