Overall:
1. Be wary of overmapping - increasing the no of notes/abusing lns just to make a set more difficult, causing it not to fit in the song at all. Remember, the song "maps" the notes, not the other way around. :)
2. Check some of your note densities if they are appropriate with the intensity of the beats.
3. Be creative of your patterns. Try not to rely on stairs alone esp. on some parts that doesnt complement with it.
4. Avoid shield notes and jackhammers. Use it for ET maps or EXHAUST/Lunatic diffs.
5. Do not focus mainly on the vocals, unless you have a plan to provide KEYSOUNDS to each and every one of them.

Please note what parts did you implement and what parts did you ignore on my mod. That way, we can both contribute to each other's learning capabilities on mapping. ;D

gw cuma mau saranin agar ngga bikin diff 4k, sebab lu harus bikin 4 diff yang sama (4k ez, nm, hd, mx) kalo mau rank...
itu artinya lebih banyak mods yang dibutuhkan... tapi terserah keputusan lu, gw cuma mastiin aja, cari GD itu gampang gampang susah, dan mapping 4k juga agak susah buat gw.. :v

gw cuma mau saranin agar ngga bikin diff 4k, sebab lu harus bikin 4 diff yang sama (4k ez, nm, hd, mx) kalo mau rank...

I will do some modding now, though I'm not experienced with mania modding...
The modding I'll do is based mostly on what I disagree with, so it's not a neccesary thing to get it ranked, just an advice from me.

as much i can get this, the real problem is your beat placement. they're placed according the vocal, which it should be placed according the beat (unless the vocal itself are the beat). and major pattern are not good for enjoyment. they're placed like streaming to left and streaming to right as result not balancing note. i mean pattern which should working 2 hand at same time especially Easy & Normal difficult. it will good if you make it balance.
