I recently did a fresh install and lost the OSU skin that I had been using for years.. used it for so long that I never looked at the name in so long that I've forgotten it.

^The skin is in this video and I would highly appreciate help getting this skin back, If I remember correctly I got it from a YouTube video

that is Rafis HDDT with the number removed, also, cursor edited, but those are very simple skinning changes you can do yourself

I just downloaded Rafis and its certainly very similar however a lot of stuff just isn't the same.. This will work as a placeholder until I find the one in the video though! thanks

what you're searching for probably is a personal edit, just go into the skin folder and change the menus and stuff to the ones you like

Based on what I can see, there's a slim chance to get that skin 100% precise due to it being a mixed skin.

If you're about to find a no-combo number standard skin, feel free to check the following skins:
