  3. black.png could be resized to 1x1 and rescaled back ingame via scripting, for maximum file size optimization. When you're done with the rescaling, put this line below the Sprite,Foreground,Centre,"SB\black.png",320,240

  4. 02:44:945 - Maybe you could reconsider of smoother background transition here like fade out or something, right now it feels too sudden to have it suddenly goes to black

I'll help with the ripples.

You have different endnotes on every diff, which means each diff needs a separate code placed on .osu to realign the end ripples
You have 4 ring.png line on .osb, delete the last 3 lines (so it wouldn't conflict with the lines added later on .osu).
Then add these lines to each diff's .osu file respectively

why don't you guys go ask meiikyuu or galvenize to teach you how to make good maps and stop making this crap

edgy sliders + ridiculous streams + senseless spacing + brainlessly slow sliders != creative mapping
