I am not sure if I am reading this right, but the accuracy box (the box that shows how well you did at the end of a song) always shows that I am 22ms late on average (if I'm reading that correctly). It was fine before but now I am constantly hitting late. Is there any way I can fix this?

it might be an offset issue or a keyboard issue, is your keyboard a gaming keyboard or a random 10 dollar keyboard?
if you play with hitsounds make sure you disable them because its throws your acc off, could also potentially be that your scroll speed is too fast or your hit position is not aligned with your receptors right
basically make sure your audio is calibrated and your scroll speed and skin are good
