- Sunset Summer Phantasy is an international 4v4 draft tournament for the 10k-100k BWS range.
- SV2 and NF enforced on every map.
- Double-elimination bracket.
- 16 teams of 8 players will be formed via draft.
- Qualifiers are optional and will have a special format.
- All registered players are required to be in the rank range and in the Discord server by the time registrations end.
Qualifiers
- Qualifiers are optional. Players are still eligible for the draft even if they don't play.
- There will be 5 qualifier pools, each consisting of 4-5 maps.
- Players can play from 0 to 5 of the pools. None of them, up to all of them.
- The only purpose of qualifiers is to give information to draft captains.
Draft
- Draft captains will be hand picked by the admin team based on : reported interest and scene involvement.
- Players who are not interested in doing it (based on registration form poll) cannot be picked as captains.
- During the draft, captains will take turns picking players for their team in snaking order :
1 --> ... 16 --> 16 --> ... --> 1 --> ... - All 16 teams will be placed randomly in a double-elimination bracket.
Match procedure
- Warmups are not allowed.
- Roll winner chooses pick order or ban order. Loser of the roll chooses the remaining order.
- Ban order is ABBA.
- Double banning and double picking are allowed.
- There are 3 tiebreakers per pool. When teams are tied, a TB is played following a TB ban phase.
Freemod rules
- Allowed mod combinations : HD, HR, HDHR, EZ and EZHD.
- HDHR counts as a single mod.
- 4 mods required.
- At least one HR/HDHR and one HD-only player required.
- Multipliers : EZ x1.7, EZHD x2.3.
- Player registrations: July 14th - July 28th
- Captain selection: July 29th
- Qualifiers: July 29th - August 9th
- Draft: August 10th - August 11th
- Round of 16: August 16th - August 19th
- Quarterfinals: August 23rd - August 26th
- Semifinals: August 30th - September 2nd
- Finals: September 6th - September 9th
- Grand Finals: September 13th - September 16th
