Are you sure you plugged everything back in the way it was?
Didn't you turn off the PSU too? (If it has a switch)

If you removed the CPU there's a chance you plugged it back in wrong.
For everything else it's pretty much impossible tbh.

I am fairly sure even for the CPU, it is impossible to insert it backwards without shoving it into the socket, thus breaking it.

First thing I would do is check the power supply. Check if the switch is depressed towards to the I/1, not the O/0. If that doesn't work, check if power goes into the board with a multimeter. If there is power going in, check the RAM. You should have heard a little click when you installed the RAM into the sockets.

How did your computer work without a power supply? It's impossible, unless it is a laptop, and even then it has a power brick for charging.

That means the monitor has no video signal from the computer. Check in the back if the cable is plugged in correctly, both on the computer and the monitor.

Also if you have a discrete GPU the monitor must be plugged to the GPU, not the motherboard.
