Uh, what's with the BPM doubling in this map? This is really unnecessary since you can pretty much do the same with speed changes using just inherited points.
And why is this a problem? The BPM is currently displayed at 129 - 258 (258) which will trick players to set the scroll speed too low when the easier diffs will scroll at 129 BPM consistently while the others have those weird SV changes.
I'll check again once you rid of all timing points except the first one in each difficulty.

also, i found that the mp3 has multiple offset, i think it because the mp3 was cropped (TV Size) from the original mp3
