To me it's learning the right reading speed. Sometimes I'll deliberately read too slow on jumps to overcompensate for my bad habits and it works most of the time.
idk if this will help, but try to find a ball cursor with insta fade skin, then play old maps with/without dt. It may help with your aim control and speed aim

Comes with specifically perfecting your tapping technique. For me, I found a method which made singletapping much easier very recently, hence the peak on my graph.
