quality online forums

imo, osu has the cleanest online forums I've seen so far, like the design and quality of it is so well made.
unlike on some forums like mc, rb (deleted), or even steam, the design is very organized, and it looks very pleasing :D

*also, the off topic sub here has an entire society with governments, and citizens. Never seen that on an off-topic subforum

i want to see more of this, link me online forums like this

there is a pretty big forum in spain called forocoches, almost everyone is in it, but for english or international forums I really don't know

I wish I knew more.
Only other good forums like that I used to be active in are game forums.
Most forums are dead nowadays though, especially the ones for niche subjects.

Man do I ever miss forums from back in the day.
I've never understood how people treat Reddit and Discord as replacement for forums. They just don't cut it in any way

Some people call Reddit a forum lol, it's closer to Facebook than any forum.
They're just different ways to share stuff and discuss online, people tend to prefer the more immediate stuff like Discord though, they're not really into keeping a subject active for days/weeks.

Ostraka's discussions are reliable to use for History, Art History and Museology researches. Though this archaeology forum is Italian, has got an old-school layout and the active people are the oikistés and a few aficionados.
